The provisions of this Law shall be executed by the Council of Ministers.
Provisions That Could Not Be Incorporated into Principal Law No. 5682 of 15/7/1950
1. Provisional article of Law No. 3073 of 7/11/1984:
Provisional Article: The power to issue decree-laws granted to the Council of Ministers by Enabling Law No. 2977 of 2/2/1984 on the Reorganisation of Administrative Procedures and Acts shall remain valid, in respect of Passport Law No. 5682 of 15/7/1950, until the expiry of the period granted by the said Law.

1 – 7/11/1984 Tarih ve 3073 sayılı Kanunun geçici maddesi:
Geçici Madde – 2/2/1984 tarihli ve 2977 sayılı İdari Usul ve İşlemlerin Yeniden Düzenlenmesi ile ilgili Yetki Kanunu ile Bakanlar Kuruluna verilen Kanun Hükmünde Kararname çıkarma yetkisi, 15/7/1950 tarihli ve 5682 sayılı Pasaport Kanunu için; adı geçen Kanunla verilen süre bitimine kadar geçerlidir.
