Book Two: FAMILY LAW › Part Three: GUARDIANSHIP › Chapter Three: TERMINATION OF GUARDIANSHIP › Division Two: END OF THE OFFICE OF GUARDIAN
The person under guardianship who has the capacity to discern, or any interested party, may request the removal of the guardian from office.
The guardianship authority which learns by any other means of the existence of a ground requiring removal from office shall be obliged to remove the guardian from office of its own motion.

Ayırt etme gücüne sahip olan vesayet altındaki kişi veya her ilgili, vasinin görevden alınmasını isteyebilir.
Görevden alınmayı gerektiren sebebin varlığını başka bir yoldan öğrenen vesayet makamı, vasiyi re'sen görevden almakla yükümlüdür.
