Article 480: I. Expiry of the term

Book Two: FAMILY LAW › Part Three: GUARDIANSHIP › Chapter Three: TERMINATION OF GUARDIANSHIP › Division Two: END OF THE OFFICE OF GUARDIAN

The office of guardian shall end upon expiry of the term, unless it is extended.
