Article 479: A. Loss of capacity to act and death

Book Two: FAMILY LAW › Part Three: GUARDIANSHIP › Chapter Three: TERMINATION OF GUARDIANSHIP › Division Two: END OF THE OFFICE OF GUARDIAN

The office of guardian shall end upon the guardian's loss of capacity to act or death.
