(1) Where necessary or upon the request of the public prosecutor, other law enforcement units shall also be obliged to perform the duty of judicial law enforcement. In this case, the provisions of this Law shall apply to law enforcement officers in respect of their judicial duties.

MADDE 165 · Diğer kolluk birimlerinin adlî kolluk görevi
(1) Gerektiğinde veya Cumhuriyet savcısının talebi halinde, diğer kolluk birimleri de adlî kolluk görevini yerine getirmekle yükümlüdür. Bu durumda, kolluk görevlileri hakkında, adlî görevleri dolayısıyla bu Kanun hükümleri uygulanır.
