For immovables included in the assets of corporations before the date of entry into force of this article, the provisions in force before the amendment made, by the Law introducing this article, to subparagraph (r) of paragraph (4) of Article 17 of this Law shall apply.

Bu maddenin yürürlük tarihinden önce kurumların aktifinde yer alan taşınmazlar için bu maddeyi ihdas eden Kanunla, bu Kanunun 17 nci maddesinin (4) numaralı fıkrasının (r) bendinde yapılan değişiklik öncesi hükümler uygulanır.
