Part Two: Conduct of Civil Registration Services › Chapter Three: Principles Concerning the Keeping of Civil Registers
(1) Documents and official reports concerning civil status events notified by authorised persons and organisations shall be registered in accordance with the provisions of this Law. The Ministry is authorised to decide on the use of electronic signatures in all kinds of civil registration transactions.

MADDE 13 · Tescil
(1) Yetkili kişi ve kuruluşlarca bildirilen nüfus olaylarına ilişkin belge ve tutanaklar bu Kanun hükümlerine göre tescil edilir. Bakanlık her türlü nüfus işlemlerinde elektronik imza kullanılmasına karar vermeye yetkilidir.
