Article 26: Commencement of the woman's waiting period

Part Three: Civil Status Events › Chapter Three: Divorce and Annulment of Marriage

(1) The waiting period of the woman shall take effect from the date on which the court decision becomes final.

MADDE 26 · Kadının bekleme süresinin başlangıcı

(1) Kadının bekleme süresi, mahkeme kararının kesinleştiği tarihten itibaren hüküm ifade eder.
