(1) Decisions on divorce or annulment of marriage must include the following information:
a) The Republic of Türkiye identity numbers, first names, surnames, places and dates of birth, and fathers' and mothers' names of the parties, as well as the woman's surname before marriage and information on the place where they are recorded in the family register.
b) The children born during the marriage and their identity information.
c) Other substantive and procedural provisions required by the procedural legislation governing the decision.

MADDE 27 · Boşanma veya evliliğin iptali kararlarında bulunması gerekli hususlar
(1) Boşanma veya evliliğin iptaline ilişkin kararlarda aşağıdaki bilgilere yer verilmesi zorunludur:
a) Tarafların Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kimlik numarası, adı, soyadı, doğum yeri ve tarihi, baba ve ana adları ile kadının evlenmeden önceki soyadı ve aile kütüğünde kayıtlı olduğu yer bilgileri.
b) Evlilik içinde doğmuş çocuklar ve bunların kimlik bilgileri.
c) Karara ait usûl mevzuatının öngördüğü diğer esas ve usûle ait hükümler.
