Part Nine: Common Provisions
(1) Where doubt arises as to declarations relating to civil status events and addresses, the necessary investigations and examinations shall be carried out by the law enforcement authorities upon the order of the local administrative chief and notified to the civil registry directorate.

(1) Nüfus olayları ve adres ile ilgili beyanlarda şüpheye düşülmesi halinde mülkî idare amirinin emri ile kolluk makamları tarafından gerekli soruşturma ve incelemeler yapılarak nüfus müdürlüğüne bildirilir.
