(1) For obtaining evidence not in the possession of the parties and whose examination has been decided, the court shall notify the relevant official authorities and bodies and third parties of this matter. Evidence that cannot be brought to the court may be examined or heard where it is located.

MADDE 195 · Başka yerden getirtilecek deliller
(1) Tarafların ellerinde bulunmayan ve incelenmesine karar verilen delillerin getirtilmesi için, mahkemece ilgili resmî makam ve mercilerle üçüncü kişilere bu husus bildirilir. Mahkemeye getirtilmesi mümkün olmayan deliller, bulunduğu yerde incelenebilir veya dinlenebilir.
