Article 12: I. Nature of fundamental rights and freedoms

PART TWO: FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND DUTIES › CHAPTER ONE: General Provisions

Everyone possesses inherent fundamental rights and freedoms, which are inviolable, inalienable and indefeasible.

The fundamental rights and freedoms also include the duties and responsibilities of the individual towards society, his or her family, and other individuals.

MADDE 12 · I. Temel hak ve hürriyetlerin niteliği

Herkes, kişiliğine bağlı, dokunulmaz, devredilmez, vazgeçilmez temel hak ve hürriyetlere sahiptir.

Temel hak ve hürriyetler, kişinin topluma, ailesine ve diğer kişilere karşı ödev ve sorumluluklarını da ihtiva eder.
