The acts and conduct written below are prohibited.
a) The obtaining of benefit in any manner by experts constituted pursuant to Article 15 other than the fee assessed for them by the court,
b) The transfer and conveyance or assignment of the immovable property to another person after the service, summons or service by public announcement made by the court pursuant to Article 10.
c) The assumption of the litigation costs by lawyers or legal representatives or persons acting on their behalf.
d) The payment in advance to the owner, in cash or in any other form, of all or part of the expropriation price by a lawyer or legal representative or persons acting on their behalf.
e) The agreement that all or part of the expropriation price shall belong to the lawyer or legal representative or persons acting on their behalf.
f) The offering to the owner by lawyers or legal representatives, in person or through an intermediary, of the acts prohibited in the subparagraphs written above, or assisting therein.

MADDE 31 · Yasak işler ve eylemler

Aşağıda yazılı işler ve eylemler yasaktır.
a) 15 inci madde uyarınca oluşturulan bilirkişilerin, kendilerine mahkemece takdir edilen ücret dışında herhangi bir suretle çıkar sağlamaları,
b) Mahkemece 10 uncu madde uyarınca yapılan tebligat, davet veya ilanen tebliğden sonra taşınmaz malın başkasına devir ve ferağ veya temliki.
c) Dava giderlerinin avukat veya dava vekilleri veya onlar adına hareket edenler tarafından kabullenilmesi.
d) Kamulaştırma bedelinin tamamının veya bir kısmının nakden veya başka bir şekilde, avukat veya dava vekili veya onlar adına hareket edenler tarafından mal sahibine önceden ödenmesi.
e) Kamulaştırma bedelinin tamamının veya bir kısmının avukat veya dava vekili veya onlar adına hareket edenlere ait olacağının kararlaştırılması.
f)Yukarıda yazılı bentlerde yasaklanan fiillerin avukat veya dava vekillerince bizzat veya aracı ile mal sahibine teklif edilmesi veya bunlara yardımcı olunması.
