(1) Except where this Law provides otherwise, the provisions of the Turkish Penal Code concerning grounds of justification and grounds excluding culpability shall also apply to misdemeanours.

MADDE 12 · Hukuka uygunluk nedenleri ile kusurluluğu ortadan kaldıran nedenler
(1) Bu Kanunda aksine hüküm bulunmayan hallerde, Türk Ceza Kanununun hukuka uygunluk nedenleri ile kusurluluğu ortadan kaldıran nedenlere ilişkin hükümleri, kabahatler bakımından da uygulanır.
