Article 37: Salary and Other Financial Rights

Part Three: Organisation › Chapter Three: Status of the Personnel of the Authority

The monthly salaries of the President and members of the Board shall be determined by the President of the Republic, provided that they do not exceed twice the salary, including all kinds of payments, of the highest-ranking civil servant. Payments made to the highest-ranking civil servant which are not subject to income tax shall likewise not be subject to Income Tax under this Law.

The salaries and other financial rights of the personnel of the Authority shall be determined by the Board upon the proposal of the Presidency, within the framework of the salaries in the first paragraph and the principles relating to changes therein.

MADDE 37 · Ücret ve Diğer Mali Haklar

Kurul Başkan ve üyelerinin aylık ücretleri, en yüksek devlet memurunun her türlü ödemeler dahil ücretlerinin iki katını geçmemek üzere Cumhurbaşkanınca tespit olunur. En yüksek devlet memuruna ödenenlerden gelir vergisine tabi olmayanlar bu Kanuna göre de Gelir Vergisine tabi tutulmaz.

Kurum personelinin ücret ve diğer mali hakları, birinci fıkradaki ücretler ve bunlarda değişiklik yapılmasına ilişkin esaslar çerçevesinde Başkanlığın teklifi üzerine Kurulca belirlenir.
