The revenues of the Authority constitute the budget of the Authority and consist of the following items of revenue:
a) The appropriation to be placed in the budget of the Ministry,
b) Repealed: 1/8/2003, Law No. 4971, Art. 25
c) Added: 17/9/2004, Law No. 5234, Art. 29 Payments to be made at the rate of four per ten thousand of the capital of all newly established partnerships having the status of joint-stock company or limited liability company and, in the case of a capital increase, of the increased portion,
d) Publication and other revenues.
The revenues of the Authority shall be collected in an account to be opened with the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye or a state bank. Last sentence repealed: 1/8/2003, Law No. 4971, Art. 25

MADDE 39 · Kurumun Gelirleri
Kurumun gelirleri Kurumun bütçesini oluşturur ve aşağıdaki gelir kalemlerinden oluşur:
a) Bakanlık bütçesine konacak ödenek,

c) (Ek: 17/9/2004-5234/29 md.) Yeni kurulacak olan anonim ve limited şirket statüsündeki tüm ortaklıkların sermayelerinin ve sermaye artırımı halinde artan kısmın on binde dördü nispetinde yapılacak ödemeler,
d) Yayın ve sair gelirler.
