(1) The positions set out in the annexed lists No. (1) and (2) have been created and added to the sections relating to the Ministry of Justice of the schedules No. (I) and (II) annexed to Decree Law No. 190 dated 13/12/1983 on General Staff Positions and Procedure.

(1) Ekli (1) ve (2) sayılı listelerde yer alan kadrolar ihdas edilerek 13/12/1983 tarihli ve 190 sayılı Genel Kadro ve Usulü Hakkında Kanun Hükmünde Kararnameye ekli (I) ve (II) sayılı cetvellerin Adalet Bakanlığına ait bölümlerine eklenmiştir.
