Chapter Ten: Final and Provisional Provisions

(1) The provisions concerning mediation as a condition of action of Article 18/B, which was added to this Law by the Law introducing this article, shall not apply to actions pending before the courts of first instance, the regional courts of appeal and the Court of Cassation as of the date on which this article enters into force.

(1) Bu maddeyi ihdas eden Kanunla, bu Kanuna eklenen 18/B maddesinin dava şartı olarak arabuluculuğa ilişkin hükümleri, bu maddenin yürürlüğe girdiği tarih itibarıyla ilk derece mahkemeleri ve bölge adliye mahkemeleri ile Yargıtayda görülmekte olan davalar hakkında uygulanmaz.
