Chapter Ten: Final and Provisional Provisions
(1) Of this Law:
a) Articles 28 to 32 and the provisional articles, on the date of publication,
b) The other provisions, one year after the date of publication,
shall enter into force.

MADDE 37 · Yürürlük
(1) Bu Kanunun;
a) 28 ilâ 32 nci maddeleri ile geçici maddeleri yayımı tarihinde,
b) Diğer hükümleri ise yayımı tarihinden bir yıl sonra,
yürürlüğe girer.
