Article 327: I. Scope

Book Two: FAMILY LAW › Part Two: KINSHIP › Chapter One: ESTABLISHMENT OF DESCENT › Division Five: EFFECTS OF PARENTAGE

The expenses necessary for the care, education and protection of the child shall be borne by the mother and father.

If the mother and father are destitute, or the particular situation of the child requires extraordinary expenditure, or any other extraordinary reason exists, they may, with the permission of the judge, spend from the child's property a specified amount sufficient for the child's care and education.

MADDE 327 · I. Kapsamı

Çocuğun bakımı, eğitimi ve korunması için gerekli giderler ana ve baba tarafından karşılanır.

Ana ve baba, yoksul oldukları veya çocuğun özel durumu olağanüstü harcamalar yapılmasını gerektirdiği takdirde ya da olağan dışı herhangi bir sebebin varlığı hâlinde, hâkimin izniyle çocuğun mallarından onun bakım ve eğitimine yetecek belli bir miktar sarfedebilirler.
