Genel kurul, yönetim kurulunca, en az onbeş gün önceden toplantıya çağrılır. Bu amaçla toplantının günü, saati, yeri ve gündemi, (...) üyelere (...)9 bildirilir.
Toplantıya çağrı usulü ve toplantının ertelenmesine ilişkin konular, yönetmelikle düzenlenir.
