Article 68: a. Principle of equality

Book One: LAW OF PERSONS › Part Two: LEGAL PERSONS › Chapter Two: ASSOCIATIONS A. Establishment

Members of an association have equal rights. An association may not discriminate among its members on the basis of language, race, colour, sex, religion and sect, family, group or class, and may not engage in practices that impair equality or grant privileges to certain members on these grounds.

Every member has the right to participate in the activities and management of the association.

A member who withdraws or is expelled from the association may not claim any right to the assets of the association.

MADDE 68 · a. Eşitlik ilkesi

Dernek üyeleri eşit haklara sahiptirler. Dernek, üyeleri arasında dil, ırk, renk, cinsiyet, din ve mezhep, aile, zümre ve sınıf farkı gözetemez; eşitliği bozan veya bazı üyelere bu sebeplerle ayrıcalık tanıyan uygulamalar yapamaz.

Her üyenin, derneğin faaliyetlerine ve yönetimine katılma hakkı vardır.

Dernekten çıkan veya çıkarılan üye, dernek malvarlığında hak iddia edemez.
