Article 70: a. Obligation to pay dues

Book One: LAW OF PERSONS › Part Two: LEGAL PERSONS › Chapter Two: ASSOCIATIONS A. Establishment

The members' obligation to pay dues is regulated by the articles of association. Where the articles of association contain no such provision, the members shall contribute equally to the dues necessary for achieving the purpose of the association and meeting its debts. A member who withdraws or is expelled from the association must pay the dues for the period during which he or she was a member.

Honorary members are not obliged to pay dues.

MADDE 70 · a. Ödenti verme borcu

Üyelerin ödenti verme borcu tüzükle düzenlenir. Tüzükte düzenleme yoksa üyeler, dernek amacının gerçekleşmesi ve borçlarının karşılanması için zorunlu ödentilere eşit olarak katılırlar. Dernekten çıkan veya çıkarılan üye, üyelikte bulunduğu sürenin ödentisini vermek zorundadır.

Onursal üyeler ödenti vermek zorunda değildir.
