Tüzükte üyelerin çıkarılma sebepleri gösterilebilir.
Tüzükte çıkarma sebepleri gösterilmişse, çıkarma kararına bu sebeplerin haklı sayılamayacağı iddiasıyla itiraz edilemez.
Tüzükte çıkarma düzenlenmemişse üye, ancak haklı sebeple çıkarılabilir. Bu çıkarma kararına, haklı sebep bulunmadığı ileri sürülerek itiraz edilebilir.
