An owner of the charged immovable who is not personally liable for the debt may, by paying the debt under the conditions applicable to the debtor, require the removal of the mortgage on the immovable.
The claim passes to the owner who pays the debt.

Borçtan şahsen sorumlu olmayan rehinli taşınmaz maliki, borçluya ait koşullar içinde borcu ödeyerek taşınmazın üzerindeki ipoteğin kaldırılmasını isteyebilir.
Alacak, borcu ödeyen malike geçer.
