Book Six: Legal Remedies › Part Two: Ordinary Legal Remedies › Chapter Three: Appeal on Points of Law
(1) Where the judgment has been reversed in favour of an accused and these matters are also capable of being applied to other accused persons who have not filed an appeal on points of law, those accused persons shall also benefit from the reversal of the judgment as if they had filed an appeal on points of law.

MADDE 306 · Hükmün bozulmasının diğer sanıklara etkisi
(1) Hüküm, sanık lehine bozulmuşsa ve bu hususların temyiz isteminde bulunmamış olan diğer sanıklara da uygulanması olanağı varsa, bu sanıklar da temyiz isteminde bulunmuşçasına hükmün bozulmasından yararlanırlar.
