Chapter Seven: Supervision and Inspection of Working Life
Where employees and employers and their professional organisations apply in writing to the Ministry of Labour and Social Security in matters concerning them and relating to working life, such petitions and the related reports, papers, books and proceedings shall be exempt from stamp duty and from all kinds of charges and fees.
