(1) Security measures specific to them shall be ordered against legal persons for whose benefit an unjust gain has been obtained through the commission of the offences of theft, breach of trust and fraud.

MADDE 169 · Tüzel kişiler hakkında güvenlik tedbiri uygulanması
(1) Hırsızlık, güveni kötüye kullanma ve dolandırıcılık suçlarının işlenmesi suretiyle yararına haksız menfaat sağlanan tüzel kişiler hakkında bunlara özgü güvenlik tedbirlerine hükmolunur.
