(1) Any person who makes a false statement to a public official authorised to issue an official document shall be punished with imprisonment from three months to two years or a judicial fine.

MADDE 206 · Resmi belgenin düzenlenmesinde yalan beyan
(1) Bir resmi belgeyi düzenlemek yetkisine sahip olan kamu görevlisine yalan beyanda bulunan kişi, üç aydan iki yıla kadar hapis veya adlî para cezası ile cezalandırılır.
