(1) Any person who publicly provokes the public to disobey the laws shall, where the provocation is capable of disturbing public peace, be punished with imprisonment from six months to two years or a judicial fine.

MADDE 217 · Kanunlara uymamaya tahrik
(1) Halkı kanunlara uymamaya alenen tahrik eden kişi, tahrikin kamu barışını bozmaya elverişli olması halinde, altı aydan iki yıla kadar hapis veya adlî para cezası ile cezalandırılır.
