(1) Any person who fails to comply with the measures taken by the competent authorities concerning the quarantine of a place where a person who has contracted, or has died from, one of the contagious diseases is present shall be punished with imprisonment from two months to one year.

MADDE 195 · Bulaşıcı hastalıklara ilişkin tedbirlere aykırı davranma
(1) Bulaşıcı hastalıklardan birine yakalanmış veya bu hastalıklardan ölmüş kimsenin bulunduğu yerin karantina altına alınmasına dair yetkili makamlarca alınan tedbirlere uymayan kişi, iki aydan bir yıla kadar hapis cezası ile cezalandırılır.
