(1) Where the offences of manufacturing and trafficking in narcotic or stimulant substances are committed within the framework of the activities of a legal person, security measures specific to them shall be ordered against the legal person.

MADDE 189 · Tüzel kişiler hakkında güvenlik tedbiri uygulanması
(1) Uyuşturucu veya uyarıcı madde imal ve ticareti suçlarının bir tüzel kişinin faaliyeti çerçevesinde işlenmesi halinde, tüzel kişi hakkında bunlara özgü güvenlik tedbirlerine hükmolunur.
