(1) Bearer bonds, shares, debentures and coupons issued by the State, and instruments, debentures and documents issued by authorised institutions and legally in circulation, as well as national ornamental gold coins, shall be deemed money.

(1) Devlet tarafından ihraç edilip de hamiline yazılı bonolar, hisse senetleri, tahviller ve kuponlar, yetkili kurumlar tarafından çıkarılmış olup da kanunen tedavül eden senetler, tahviller ve evrak ile milli ziynet altınları, para hükmündedir.
