Part Four: Corrections of Records › Chapter One: Principles Concerning the Correction of Civil Registry Records
(1) The General Directorate and civil registry directorates shall be authorised to apply for all legal remedies against decisions given by the court.
(2) The General Directorate and civil registry directorates shall be exempt from statutory fees and all court costs.

MADDE 37 · Nüfus müdürlüklerinin yetkisi
(1) Genel Müdürlük ve nüfus müdürlükleri, mahkemece verilen kararlar hakkında her türlü kanun yoluna başvurmaya yetkilidir.
(2) Genel Müdürlük ve nüfus müdürlükleri kanunî harç ve her türlü mahkeme masraflarından muaftır.
