Part Thirteen: Provisional Provisions
(1) The provision of Article 68 of this Law shall not apply to persons who, during the implementation period of provisional Article 2 of this Law, notify civil registry events after the expiry of the time limit provided for in the civil registry legislation, or who lose their identity cards or family booklets.

GEÇİCİ MADDE 3
(1) Bu Kanunun geçici 2 nci maddesinin uygulama süresi içinde nüfus olaylarını nüfus mevzuatında öngörülen süreyi geçirdikten sonra bildirenler ile nüfus ve aile cüzdanını kaybedenlere bu Kanunun 68 inci maddesi hükmü uygulanmaz.
