Part Thirteen: Provisional Provisions
(1) Special provincial administrations and municipalities that cannot connect to the national address database within the time limit provided for in this Law shall ascertain the local address information, keep it up to date and send it electronically to the district civil registry directorates to be entered into the national address database.

GEÇİCİ MADDE 4
(1) Bu Kanunda öngörülen süre içerisinde ulusal adres veri tabanına bağlanamayan il özel idareleri ve belediyeler, mahallî adres bilgilerini tespit edip güncelliğini takip ederler ve ulusal adres veri tabanına işlenmek üzere elektronik ortamda ilçe nüfus müdürlüklerine gönderirler.
