Part Thirteen: Provisional Provisions
(1) For the transfer to the father's household of children who, until this Law enters into force, have been registered in the mother's household as a result of a declaration of acknowledgement or a judgment of paternity, an application by one of the mother and father, or by the child himself or herself if the child is of full age, shall be required.

(1) Bu Kanun yürürlüğe girinceye kadar tanıma beyanı veya babalığa hüküm kararı sonucu ana hanesine tescil edilen çocukların baba hanelerine nakline ana ve babanın birinin, çocuk ergin ise kendisinin müracaatı aranır.
