Article 366: Provisions to be applied by analogy

Part Eight: Legal Remedies › Chapter Two: Appeal on Points of Law (Temyiz)

(1) The provisions of Articles 343 to 349 and 352 of this Code concerning the appeal (istinaf) shall also apply by analogy to appeals on points of law.

(1) Bu Kanunun istinaf yolu ile ilgili 343 ilâ 349 ve 352 nci maddeleri hükümleri, temyizde de kıyas yoluyla uygulanır.
