Chapter Nine: Special Provisions on Mass Housing Developments
If construction servitudes relating to buildings not completed within the time limit before the entry into force of this Law on land subject to construction servitude have not been deleted from the land register, the provision of Article 49 as amended by this Law shall also apply to them.

GEÇİCİ MADDE 1 (2)
Kat irtifakına konu olan arsa üzerinde, bu Kanunun yürürlüğünden önce süresi içinde bitirilmemiş olan yapılara ilişkin kat irtifakları tapu kütüğünden silinmemiş ise, bunlar hakkında da 49 uncu maddenin bu Kanunla değişik hükmü uygunlanır.
