Actions filed with the civil courts of first instance before the entry into force of this Law in respect of disputes arising from Condominium Law No. 634 shall be concluded by those courts.
2) Provisional article of Law No. 3770 dated 5/2/1992:
Provisional Article: The power to issue decrees having the force of law conferred on the Council of Ministers by the Enabling Law on Amendments to Certain Laws concerning the Use of Natural Gas shall remain valid, as regards Condominium Law No. 634, until the expiry of the period granted by the said Enabling Law.

634 Sayılı Kat Mülkiyeti Kanunundan doğan uyuşmazlıklar nedeniyle, bu Kanunun yürürlüğünden önce asliye hukuk mahkemelerine açılmış davalar bu mahkemelerce sonuçlandırılır.
