MADDE 171 · V. Kooperatifçiliğin geliştirilmesi
Devlet, milli ekonominin yararlarını dikkate alarak, öncelikle üretimin artırılmasını ve tüketicinin korunmasını amaçlayan kooperatifçiliğin gelişmesini sağlayacak tedbirleri alır.
