(1) The provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations on prepaid instalment sales shall apply to contracts in which the consumer undertakes to pay the sale price of a movable good in advance in parts and the seller undertakes to deliver the item sold to the consumer after the price has been paid in full, and in which the payment period is longer than one year or indefinite.
(2) The procedures and principles concerning the mandatory content of the contract, the rights and obligations of the consumer and of the seller and provider, the right of withdrawal, early payment and other matters shall be determined by regulation.

MADDE 21 · Diğer hususlar
(1) Tüketicinin taşınır bir malın satış bedelini önceden kısım kısım ödemeyi, satıcının da bedelin tamamen ödenmesinden sonra satılanı tüketiciye teslim etmeyi üstlendikleri ve ödeme süresi bir yıldan daha uzun veya belirsiz olan sözleşmeler hakkında Türk Borçlar Kanununun ön ödemeli taksitle satış hükümleri uygulanır.
(2) Sözleşmenin zorunlu içeriği, tüketici ile satıcı ve sağlayıcının hak ve yükümlülükleri, cayma hakkı, erken ödeme ile diğer hususlara ilişkin usul ve esaslar yönetmelikle belirlenir.
