(1) The consumer may pay the total amount owed in advance, and may also pay one or more instalments that have not yet fallen due. In both cases, where the seller or provider charges interest or commission, it is obliged to make all necessary reductions of interest and commission in proportion to the amount paid.

MADDE 20 · Erken ödeme
(1) Tüketici, borçlandığı toplam miktarı önceden ödeyebileceği gibi vadesi gelmemiş bir ya da birden çok taksit ödemesinde de bulunabilir. Her iki durumda da satıcı veya sağlayıcı, faiz veya komisyon aldığı durumlarda ödenen miktara göre gerekli tüm faiz ve komisyon indirimini yapmakla yükümlüdür.
