Part Nine: Miscellaneous Provisions

(1) The provisions of this Law on mediation as a precondition for filing an action shall not apply to actions pending before the courts of first instance, the regional courts of appeal and the Court of Cassation as of the date on which those provisions enter into force.

(1) Bu Kanunun dava şartı olarak arabuluculuğa ilişkin hükümleri, bu hükümlerin yürürlüğe girdiği tarih itibarıyla ilk derece mahkemeleri ve bölge adliye mahkemeleri ile Yargıtayda görülmekte olan davalar hakkında uygulanmaz.
