Part Nine: Miscellaneous Provisions
(1) In cases for which there is no provision in this Law, the general provisions shall apply.
(2) The existence of provisions in other laws concerning transactions to which one of the parties is a consumer shall not prevent such transaction from being deemed a consumer transaction or the application of the provisions of this Law on jurisdiction and venue.

MADDE 83 · Diğer hükümler
(1) Bu Kanunda hüküm bulunmayan hâllerde genel hükümler uygulanır.
(2) Taraflardan birini tüketicinin oluşturduğu işlemler ile ilgili diğer kanunlarda düzenleme olması, bu işlemin tüketici işlemi sayılmasını ve bu Kanunun görev ve yetkiye ilişkin hükümlerinin uygulanmasını engellemez.
