Part Six: Final Provisions
The Competition Board, to be appointed within the framework of the principles set out in Provisional Article 1, shall announce by a communiqué that it has established the organisation of the Competition Authority. All kinds of agreements and decisions existing on the date of the announcement shall be notified to the Board within 6 months from that date.

Geçici Madde 1'de belirtilen esaslar çerçevesinde atanacak Rekabet Kurulu, Rekabet Kurumu teşkilatını oluşturduktan sonra bu durumu bir tebliğ ile ilan eder. İlan tarihinde var olan her türlü anlaşma ve kararlar, bu tarihten itibaren 6 ay içinde Kurula bildirilir.
