Chapter Five: Miscellaneous and Temporary Provisions
(1) Those holding positions of Chief Labour Inspector (Baş İş Müfettişi) on the date of publication of this Law shall be deemed appointed to positions of Chief Labour Inspector (İş Başmüfettişi) without the need for any further procedure.

GEÇİCİ MADDE 7
(1) Bu Kanunun yayımı tarihinde Baş İş Müfettişi kadrolarında bulunanlar, hiçbir işleme gerek kalmaksızın İş Başmüfettişi kadrolarına atanmış sayılır.
