(1) Of this Law:
a) Amended: 12/7/2013, Law No. 6495, Art. 56 Articles 6 and 7 shall enter into force:
1) For public institutions, excluding those employed within the scope of repealed Article 81 of Labour Law No. 4857, and for workplaces with fewer than 50 employees classified as less hazardous, on (…),
2) For workplaces with fewer than 50 employees classified as hazardous and very hazardous, on 1/1/2014,
3) For other workplaces, six months after the date of publication,
b) Articles 9, 31, 33, 34, 35, 36 and 38 and Provisional Articles 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 shall enter into force on the date of publication,
c) The other articles shall enter into force six months after the date of publication,
as set out above.

MADDE 38 · Yürürlük
(1) Bu Kanunun;
a) (Değişik: 12/7/2013-6495/56 md.) 6 ve 7 nci maddeleri;
1) 4857 sayılı İş Kanununun mülga 81 inci maddesi kapsamında çalışanlar hariç kamu kurumları ile 50’den az çalışanı olan ve az tehlikeli sınıfta yer alan işyerleri için (…) tarihinde,
2) 50’den az çalışanı olan tehlikeli ve çok tehlikeli sınıfta yer alan işyerleri için 1/1/2014 tarihinde,
3) Diğer işyerleri için yayımı tarihinden itibaren altı ay sonra,
b) 9, 31, 33, 34, 35, 36 ve 38 inci maddeleri ile geçici 4, geçici 5, geçici 6, geçici 7 ve geçici 8 inci maddeleri yayımı tarihinde,
c) Diğer maddeleri yayımı tarihinden itibaren altı ay sonra,
yürürlüğe girer.
