CHAPTER ONE: Tax Liability
The Minister of Finance shall be authorised to enter the necessary appropriation in item 14.496 (Other expenses) of section 14.000 of the Ministry of Finance part of the 1970 Budget Law, to be spent on all kinds of expenses relating to the application of the property tax in 1970, or to transfer appropriations to this budget head for the same purpose.

GEÇİCİ MADDE 4
1970 yılında emlak vergisinin uygulanmasiyle ilgili her türlü giderlere harcanmak üzere 1970 yılı Bütçe Kanununun Maliye Bakanlığı kısmının 14.000 inci bölümüne 14.496 numaralı (Diğer giderler) maddesine gerekli ödeneği kaydetmeye veya bu tertibe aynı maksatla ödenek aktarmaya Maliye Bakanı yetkilidir.
