CHAPTER ONE: Tax Liability

The Minister of Finance shall be authorised to enter the necessary appropriation in the relevant sections and items of the Ministry of Finance part of the 1971 Budget Law, to be spent on all kinds of expenses relating to the application of the Property Tax in 1971, or to transfer appropriations to these budget heads for the same purpose.

1971 yılında Emlak Vergisinin uygulanması ile ilgili her türlü giderlere harcanmak üzere 1971 yılı Bütçe Kanununun Maliye Bakanlığı kısmının ilgili bölüm ve maddelerine gerekli ödeneği kaydetmeye veya bu tertiplere aynı maksatla ödenek aktarmaya Maliye Bakanı yetkilidir.
